At the Audi Retail Partner Convention, Audi presented its new brand concept to international stakeholders. Senior representatives from the Marketing and Sales departments spoke about their respective areas of expertise. The event, produced as a broadcast, was made available to the respective submarkets via livestream.
NIYU was responsible for the technical planning and management of the technical installations as well as overseeing the show flow on-site. The existing infrastructure of the ARPC was supplemented and optimized for the emotional shows. This allowed the event to be executed in a resource-efficient and cost-effective manner.
The event took place across multiple locations. A comprehensive radio and data network was established across the venues to ensure communication between the sites. In total, more than 50 technicians and operators were involved on the technical side.
