Volkswagen Ceremonial Groundbreaking SalzGiga

At the grand ceremony for the ceremonial groundbreaking of Volkswagen AG’s battery factory in Salzgitter, which included a visit from Chancellor Olaf Scholz, NIYU was entrusted with the technical planning and supervision of all project phases. Our technical and event experts also managed on-site construction and project management, as well as the control of lighting and audio technology and media servers. Notably, the project faced an extremely tight and short-term schedule combined with a complex environment. In addition to the demand for maximum reliability, there were stringent security requirements for the Chancellor’s tour. To achieve this, extensive radio and transmission coverage was implemented both inside and outside the factory halls.
